ShelfRadar offers optional SMS restock alerts: a text message when an item on your watchlist comes back in stock at a retailer we monitor. SMS alerts are included with your ShelfRadar subscription. This page explains exactly how you opt in, what messages you’ll receive, and how to stop them at any time. SMS is strictly opt-in - you will never receive a text from ShelfRadar unless you explicitly sign up using the flow below.
01 How to opt in
Opt-in happens on our website - there is no keyword to text and we never add a number on your behalf. The steps:
- Start a ShelfRadar subscription with a 3-day free trial at app.shelfradar.io.
- Open the Alert Setup page and enter your mobile number.
- Check the consent box (shown below) agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS restock alerts.
- We send a one-time verification code by SMS. Enter it to confirm the number - this completes your opt-in.
- You immediately receive a one-time confirmation text and will then get alerts for items on your watchlist.

02 The consent you agree to

Consent to receive marketing or alert texts is not required to buy anything from ShelfRadar, and is not a condition of any purchase. These SMS terms are also part of our Terms of Service.
03 What messages you’ll get
Messages are recurring restock alerts tied to your own watchlist. Frequency is recurring, up to 20 messages per day, and varies with how often your items restock. Messages are sent from a 10-digit U.S. long code. Examples:
04 How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You’ll get a single confirmation and then no further texts:
You can also turn SMS off in Alert Setup inside the app. Opting out of SMS does not affect your push or Discord alerts.

For carrier-specific issues, contact your wireless provider. ShelfRadar is not liable for carrier message delivery delays or failures.
06 Privacy & your data
We collect your mobile number only to deliver the alerts you sign up for. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, your phone number, or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing.
